Supporting Speech & Language Through Play: An Informational Workshop for Parents & Caregivers

This free, online, educational session is designed to help parents and caregivers better understand how speech and language develop in young children. The session will review what’s typical at different ages, common signs that a child may benefit from additional support, and simple, practical ways to encourage communication through play, everyday routines, and shared reading.

This session is intended for parents and caregivers and focuses on general information and education. It does not include speech-language evaluation or therapy.

Best suited for caregivers of young children (approximately ages 0–5), though all are welcome.
